1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Outy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Outy is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered writing assistance for LinkedIn messages. The Service allows users to generate personalized message variations based on their input parameters.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

5. Free Trial and Free Tier

Outy may offer a free tier with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free tier at any time without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To send spam or unsolicited messages
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Outy, an Outy employee, another user, or any other person or entity
  • To engage in any automated use of the system without our express written permission
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Outy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUTY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
