Refund Policy

1. Free Tier

Our free tier provides 12 one-time messages at no cost. No refunds are applicable as no payment is required.

2. Paid Subscriptions

We offer monthly subscriptions (Basic and Pro plans). All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis.

2.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
  • Service Outage: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours), we will provide a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error, we will refund the erroneous charge.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the first 7 days
  • Partial month subscriptions
  • Messages generated using the service
  • One-time credit pack purchases (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Transaction date and amount
  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.
